“I got a 3-in-1 per my girlfriend's recommendation. I have been very pleased so far with my purchase. The outer layer is great at repelling water and the inner layer has kept me surprisingly warm on several occasions with just a t-shirt underneath. Just the liner seems rather wind resistant. I felt completely comfortable recently in <40 degree temps with winds ~20 mph, and I only had the liner on! Love this product, should do great in winter with a long-sleeve layer underneath.”
