    I got a 3-in-1 per my girlfriend's recommendation. I have been very pleased so far with my purchase. The outer layer is great at repelling water and the inner layer has kept me surprisingly warm on several occasions with just a t-shirt underneath. Just the liner seems rather wind resistant. I felt completely comfortable recently in <40 degree temps with winds ~20 mph, and I only had the liner on! Love this product, should do great in winter with a long-sleeve layer underneath.

    It rains often where I live and I needed a warm waterproof parka for winter wear. This parka is comfortable, waterproof, has an attached hood and great visibility for night time wear. I have worn it every day since i received it. great buy!
