“I wear this item for walking,power walking, jogging and running in cold weather. It is absolutely the best single item for wind protection and maintaining body heat combined with breathability for cooling down during a heavy workout. I wear it over several layers of clothing, and I don't find it restrictive. I've worn it in 0-10 degree weather and stayed perfectly comfortable - not too warm, not too cold. I recommend it to anyone who wants a barrier from the elements without bulk.”
