    I don't think these would have fit me regardless of size. Definitley for a slim body style.

    These shorts are probably the best shorts I have ever owned. They fit great and I love the material. I also love the adjustable waistband. They are a bit long for shorts but that is exactly what I was looking for.

    If I could wear short pants to work, I would wear these with a blazer and call them "City Shorts" since they look somewhat like trousers. I could then whip off the blazer and go hiking in them. I'm an 8 and the medium fit would be very flattering for someone about 10 lbs smaller. I think the next size would be too big. If the front pockets were unzipped, they gapped open over an inch. I was sorry to send these back.
