    Very Good insulated cold weather pro shell jacket for the price. I do backpacking, hiking and Mnt. biking and just tried in this jacket in a cold, blustery, wet storm on the mnt. bike thru Channel Island harbor in CA and this jacket WORKS. I can tell it has just the right amount of snth. insulation for winter sports without being bulky. Breathes somewhat, but the pit zips do the trick.

    I bought this for skiing and used it for the first time last week. Good fit, not bulky. It was rather warm in the middle of the day but the morning and late afternoon were cold. Seems warm for how lightweight it is. Good ventilation w/ pit zips and has a powder skirt. A few more pockets would be nice but not a problem.
