    Overall very happy with these pants. Fit was true to size and I like the ability to convert to shorts. My only complaint is that they aren't made of quick-dry material, but if I would have read the description more closely I would have noticed that. Wore these off the river each evening on an extended river trip and they worked great.

    I am a Park Ranger and have been looking for pants like these for a while. They are the perfect length when you zip off the legs...not too short, not too long. They are super comfortable and I wear them several days in a row without them getting wrinkly or stretched out! They didn't shrink in length when I washed them. They really are a good, light-weight pair of pants for outdoor use.

    don't usually wear shorts camping, but will give these a try. Purchased a M, fit well - i wear an 8. Very long, will need hemming. tend to pucker at the seams, otherwise they hand wash and hang dry pretty well. Around town: probably a touch of the iron on seams. Light weight but durable fabric, think they will hold up to crawling around in a tent, etc.
