“I ordered these pants after reading others' comments. They fit, appear to be waterproof (have not tested them yet) and - thank goodness - are only slightly, very slightly, below my waist. (I am long waisted.) They have an elastic waist so do not have the smooth fit of a fitted waist, but who's going to be looking in the rain? Fabric is soft, not noisy.”
