“Not quite up to expectations”

“This was not what I expected from a 3 in 1 parka. The shell is wonderful, although I had to reorder to get a medium where I usually get a Columbia small. The liner, however, is NOT warm. It may be high tech fabric, but does not furnish much insulation. I have to add another layer under it which the jacket should not need. Plus, the liner does not zip into the shell, which is unhandy. The liner also has unlined sleeves and is grabby to put on and off. I will keep and use the parka, but am looking to sew in a zipper and using a down liner from another Columbia parka for warmth.”
