Columbia Sportswear Explorer II Shorts - UPF 50, Titanium (For Women)

Great pair of shorts for hiking and other outdoor activities. Well made had another pair that I wore for years.

Great pockets and though I am no 'skinny Minnie', they do fit my narrow hips and smaller derriere. Could be a poor choice for a fuller hip and thigh gal.

Good Columbia quality product. I always wear a 6 in Columbia pants/shorts, these were no different.

I own other Columbia shorts made of similar material and expected these to fit similarly; however, they were horribly tight in the crotch. The crotch seam dug in and was both uncomfortable and unattractive. In addition, the cargo type pockets on the hips were very unattractive. I do not have large hips, but the pockets made me look like I did. Can't wait to send them back!!!

I love these shorts. Have been searching for a pair for a long time. Great quality and fit.

Normally wear a size four. After reading the reviews, ordered these in size six. The cut was tighter than I like in the buns. Returned them for a size eight. These are really too big and fall way below the waist resting on the hips. Didn't want to go through the hassle or sending them back so I kept them and will wear them bumming around with an over sized tee. The roomy pockets and fabric are what make this a nice short for outdoor water/hiking adventures. Wished they fit better!

Great summer hiking shorts

Columbia's reputation for sizing too small is annoying.I ordered a size 12 which is usually too roomy for me, I bought 5 pants and will have to return 4 of them. They were way too tight.

nicely made, fit nice at the waist but will not clear an athlete's thighs...going to go a size up and try again...they are thin enough u don't want to wear them tight, they pull and show...looked to be a long short, but they hit me more like a pair of compressions than at the knee...so nice...i hope the next pair fits
