Closeouts. Not quite a skort, Columbia Sportswear's Figi Fling water skort marries a batik-print short with a wrap skirt by buttoning them together at the waistline... a great way to dress it up a little after a day on the water.

    I live in skirts and skorts all summer....this is a great one. I normally buy an 8 but they were gone so I tried the 10 which gives me a little more length because it rides more on my hip. I don't think that i would wear the shorts alone since they are a bit big. Overall it's a great product, very cool in hot weather.

    I had high hopes to take this skort to Belize but it's on it's way back to STP. The design of making the outer skirt detachable was admirable but it was impossible to reattach the skirt to the shorts. They used two tiny buttons with two non-stretchable fabric loops. The length of the skirt was okay but the shorts alone were way too short for my over-50 thighs.

    I am 5'2" so the length of the skirt is just right for me ; I don't like them too short. The shorts button into the skirt to wear together and I had no problems attaching the two together as some reviewers mentioned. The shorts are a bit shorter and I think they will be fine in Hawaii. Pockets would be nice but the simplicity of the design wouldn't allow for bulging fabric. Nice fit!
