    I already have 3 short-sleeve boneheads which I wear for fishing and photo trips. This is my first long-sleeve, only because they're hard to find in size small. The pockets are great for field gear, small photo items like filters, and secure passport carry when out of the country. The "Swiss tab" sleeves on the long-sleeve version allow more sun protection when needed and convenient roll-up when appropriate.

    The sleeves were much too long for a standard large size. I had to double back the cuffs and button them, in French cuff style, to reach proper length. The shirt must have been an irregular size. Nevertheless, it works; and as long as the cuff buttons hold, I will fish in style, with French cuffs.

    The bonehead is a great combination shirt, especially for Florida, but also useful for mild to warm casual wear by the fisherman elsewhere. Great for fishing, of course, but also for casual wear, especially on those Florida days in winter when pure short sleeve living needs some help OR at the beach when you need long sleeves to stop the rays short of toasting. I always get the long sleeve version for versatility.
