She says they are warm and comfortable. I di not give 5 stars because she has not had them long enough to rate the durability.

I'm a Floridian so I know I'm going to be cold! These boots are extremely warm and keep your feet dry. The only issue is size listen to everyones comments because they do run a size small. I'm a size 8 in boots and I went with a 9 and they fit perfect. Other than that this is a great boot and cute as well.

They didn't keep my feet warm even in the low 30's. It also stated on the description they were Sherpa lined, and I discussed this with a rep over the phone and she also confirmed that was the case. That was not true. They had a trim of fur around the top.

I usually wear a 9 so I ordered a 9.5 and they were still very tight. I was disappointed to send them back because they were attractive and seemed to be warm.
