Bought my first one at a great deal at the local Columbia outlet last summer. Have been trying to order more since last summer, but naturally not wanting to pay the going rate. I really like the fit and the feel of the fabric, I just wish it had functional side pockets!! Also, the breast pocket is weird, what woman would stow stuff over one boob? Overall, I am most happy with the style and fit of it, if you don't need pockets. It might work best as a base layer.

It's perfect for skiing wearing underneath the thick-insulated jacket. It's very warm during the day in winter in Colorado, so I sometimes wear it by itself without the jacket. It looks very nice, casual, and very appropriate; love the color, too.

This was cute and comfy...I would waer it hiking (would need to layer it with something warmer if it's cold out), and it's perfect for wearing around town. Athletic looking but still stylish, and very comfortable. Suprisingly warm for such a light-weight item.
It will be slightly fuzzy on the inside, but down hair will brush off easily.

The fleece is on the inside. The outside is smooth and I find that dog hair brushes off easily.

It's fleece-y on the inside, but smooth on the outside. My dog's hair brushes off easily. I got the light green color because black always seems to show the hair, but I think it would even brush off the black one more easily than most fleeces. Hope this helps!

The fleece is on the inside. The outside has a smooth nylon-type feel. I don't think dog hair will stick to it, but if it does, it would come off with a damp cloth or a tape roller.
