Columbia Sportswear Fun Treck Shorts - UPF 50 (For Women)

I wanted a quick drying, comfortable pair of shorts that would take me hiking, traveling and whatever else came up. These shorts are perfect and flattering to boot.

Haven't worn them camping yet, but I think I'll wear them around town. I put them on right away and they are VERY true to fit. Micro-chamois in the waistband prevents chaffing, but there is none between the legs (hopefully that won't be a problem.) Overall, a great pair of shorts!

These fit fine but get baggy after wearing them a bit. The belt loops are rather small for a belt to hold them up. The fabric is light but has no stretch or give. I bought them for every day wear but they have become work shorts. A little disappointing.

Nice shorts for travel. They look nice, are lightweight and dry quickly. The waist is a little lower than I usually wear.

These shorts do not lie at the natural waist but much below. I can handle that-even like that BUT they were MUCH too loose around. The rest of the shorts fit my body fine but a smaller size would have been too tight.(And my measurements are a very proportional size 8). I decided to make 4 tucks at the "waistline" because they are otherwise cool looking, well made shorts. What were these designers thinking? Were they made for women with big bellies?
