No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“These shorts do not lie at the natural waist but much below. I can handle that-even like that BUT they were MUCH too loose around. The rest of the shorts fit my body fine but a smaller size would have been too tight.(And my measurements are a very proportional size 8). I decided to make 4 tucks at the "waistline" because they are otherwise cool looking, well made shorts. What were these designers thinking? Were they made for women with big bellies?”
