    These will make a great layer under waders or lounge pants around camp. Stay away from the fireplace! Sparks will be rough on them. I like the 2 front pockets. Most wader pants only have 1 rear pocket.

    I did a search for fleece pants and this came up. I stow extra clothing in the car in case of a breakdown on a winter trip. These are thick and toasty and I expect they would get me through a cold night stranded on a highway in the mountains. They are as thick as snowpants, but since snow would stick to the outside (because of the nap) I am not tempted to remove them from the car and use them for skiing.
