“This jacket is advertised as a soft shell, which made me imagine that it would be a warm, windproof, water resistant shell, somewhat like a windstopper. Instead, all it is is a windproof shell. It's very thin and has almost no insulative properties at all. It might be an appropriate jacket for someone living in the tropics.”
