He has had lined jeans for years, but he loves that these are lightweight, soft, and comfy. He wears them on winter walks (it doesn't take much to keep him warm). The inseam (after a couple washes in cold water and hanging dry) is 31.5". He does wish they were a bit longer, but at least they don't drag on the ground.

The fabric and lining together still seem somewhat light for pants that are designed to keep you warm in cold weather but I'm not certain of that since I immediately returned the pants due to the sizing problem.
