These pants have an extremely generous cut - so much so that I'm returning them (don't have the next lower size, so this is not a true "been there, worn that" review). The fabric is very light weight for jeans and pre-softened. The large gaps between belt loops would have bugged me. The pockets are huge - wide and deep; front and back and look a little strange for my tastes. Tool loop is very low and I wonder if it would have been functional. I ordered one size too long and had to triple cuff the hems so they would not drag lower than my hiking boots. That should have been only two extra inches - seems like it was easily four (but that may have been because of the waist). The waist size I ordered was my size, and unless these are supposed to shrink, I could easily have fit into the next lower size. These are very plain (but unconventionally) styled jeans and I doubt seriously I would have worn them to do anything but dirty work. Not even something I'd throw on to go to the movies (but tractor store? - yes...).

Good quality jeans but they fit large in the legs and the color was not quite as pictured. Still, they are a good buy.

I feel that these are nice pants, but they seem to be cut very large, instead of a regular fit. Since I am not a teenager or of the Hip-Hop crowd, this makes me feel a bit off kilter. Overall though, they are a very comfortable and quality pair of jeans.

Great pants, however, I do seem to catch the hammer loop on a lot things, like doorknobs. I may cut it off. They are the best pair of jeans I ever bought for under [$]

The inseam is super long on these. I ordered two pairs of the Roc blue jeans and three of the light colored ones. All five had to be cut and hemmed more than two inches. I normally buy my jeans 34 long and they hit 1/2 inch above the floor with shoes on in the back, these were probably a 36.5 but they all claim to be 34 length. Big hassle to alter them so keep this in mind and order shorter than you think. Otherwise, they're a pretty good quality, but expect wrinkles right from the dryer.

Usually Columbia pants fit me well, but these pants are VERY LARGE and the waist is very high. The denim is very thin not what I expected, maybe OK for warmer weather.

My husband loves these pants. We've had several pairs and they wear so well. Can be casual or even for work. They wash well and hold up to a lot of abuse. They have almost become the preferred pants over a pair of jeans. They are comfortable and very versatile. We will definitely continue to buy these pants.
