    delivering was guaranteed by Christmas but it did not arrive until 2 days after Christmas - and arrived defective and too small (the leather jacket). Very disappointing in all respects. I returned the jacket but still have not heard back as to what will be done about it. There has been no exchange to a larger size or non-defective jacket or compensation as of 1/06/12. I am waiting to hear about what will be done. I like the jacket but it is defective and too small.

    as others have said, the belt is flimsy. The stitching on it is very uneven. It doesn't hang well if you don't fasten it. The coat is ok, but I expected higher quality from Columbia Sportswear.
