I purchased these after reading the reviews that said they ran a little bit big. I wear size 11.5 in women's, so I am out of luck unless things run big enough for me to squish myself into them. So, these work just fine. They run just a tad bit big, so my toes are still a little squished, but the toe box is nice and wide and they are very comfortable to walk in. Arch support seems sufficient for a moderate to high arch. The grip is not super good for ice, but then again, what is? They seem to be very warm. I have worn them in 10-25 degrees and been just fine, but I haven't yet tested them for long periods in the cold. I like the style and height, but you have to use both hands to get them on, since they are not lace ups. I protected the suede with a waterproof spray and it doesn't get obviously dirty or stained. They are nice and lightweight also. The decorative suede ties at the top do come undone sometimes though, as suede ties are wont to do.
