The material was very lightweight and soft. I was also very pleased with the quality of the zippers. Cons: I am normally a medium in everything but the medium was huge on me. The color was also off a little, I ordered a black one and it was actually grey. This vest just wasn't exactly what I wanted but I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

The material is so soft, the fit is flattering and comfortable, and it has hand pockets, which I couldn't live without. A great deal for the price.

Wore it snow shoeing today with just a base layer underneath and I was very comfortable (~40 degrees outside). I've also worn it over long sleeved t-shirts and fitted sweaters. The plaid pattern gives it a cute and funky flare, love wearing it with my converse chucks! Only issue I'm finding is when I wear it with the zipper open, the velcro on the left side has a tendency to catch on my sweater sleeves, like when I reach across my body to grab something...it's a little annoying, but not worth returning it, I like it too much.
