I got the polka dots, which are cute BUT on the inside of the socks each dot is made of of dozens of loose/ cut/ frayed threads. I think this will prove a problem in terms of durability. The top band keeps the socks up but is not comfortable on my slim/ average sized legs. Otherwise they are warm and a nice mid-weight without bulkiness, and cheap for wool socks.
