Columbia Sportswear Opal Springs Skirt - Stretch (For Women)

Skirt for summer cover-up at the beach.

I usually wear a 14/16, and I was expecting this skirt to be a little big, but easily adjustable with the drawstring. I was wrong. It's way too big in the waist and terribly short in the length. I am returning it.

Beautiful color. A bit shorter than I usually wear and VERY revealing. Sized right for the NON-skinny!

I wish they came in a small. I usually wear a medium but this is to big. I am hoping it will shrink some in the wash.

too baggy not flattering

Plan to take this on a beach vacation and will use it as a cover up or just when out shopping.

The sizing on this skirt is way off. I'm thinking ordering a size smaller but I'm afraid it will still be too big. I'm a small and would probably need a XXS for this skirt to look like it is fitting ok. So, my advice, order (at least) a size smaller if you don't want the skirt to look "baggy" on you.

I like this skirt. I can wear it on warm days, and it's not too short. The fabric is soft and washes easily. I put it in the dryer and I don't have to worry about it shrinking or wrinkling. I'd say it's a little big in the waist, but you can adjust the drawstring to fit. I like it for casual days and weekends. Simple design, no pockets. I suppose it would be nicer if it had at least one side pocket, but otherwise it's fine. I wear it all the time.

This skirt looks really cute in the pix. The picture, however, does not convey that the cut of the skirt is straight, meaning, there is absolutely no waist, may as well be cut after a potato sack. I ordered extra small after reading reviews. I am a small. It swallowed me. The drawstring effect just made it look bunchy and awkward. The quality of the skirt is high, very nice fabric, would be comfortable, but seriously, I think it would be best suited for maternity use.
