    I wear the same type clothing when I am duck hunting no matter what the temp is .This jacket is perfect for the hunter that likes to layer his clothing and doesn't prefer a heavy coat. I wear this when it's raining over my clothing so I don't have the bulk of a heavy waterproof coat. The lightweight, uninsulated design is perfect.I have owned every type of waterproof material on the market. In my opinion Omni-Tech is the most reliable.

    bought this along with several Columbia items to upgrade my hunting gear. At this point I've tried it on. it layers well over the OmniHeat insulated liner, or could wear by itself. Have not really tested yet in bad weather.
