“Much to like, but zippers need help”

“Great: Lots of pockets, inside and out; hood zips off; waterproof as opposed to water resistant. Not so Great: The zippers have been rubberized to keep water out, since there are no flaps over the pockets. This makes them very hard to zip and unzip -- it takes 2 hands! Also, I could not figure out the purpose of a small, narrow, clear-faced "pocket" just inside the zipper flap. The jacket ran small, and I had to upsize from a medium to a large in order to have room for layers under this shell. Wish it had a key hook inside a pocket for my car key. The two main outer pockets are small.”
