I bought the XXL because I wanted to be able to wear a polo or something under this and it is very generous in size. I find wool sweaters try to be cheap and they're really a size or two down but this is truly running the correct size. I wore it with a long sleeve tee at about 40F and it was nice. The shoulder stitches give it a professional, no nonsense feel. This works both casually and in the office. A better value than most.

The knit is tight, quality top notch. The stitching really adds a lot of style. I can't say anything negative about it at all other than it wasn't free :). I am 6ft 180 pounds and XL fits me perfectly.

I'm 5'5" male, early 50's athletic build, 38" chest, and the small size fits me just right.
