“got this for my dad, who is a 44 jacket size with a belly below. Large is usually stated as 42-45, so I thought this would work. He was swimming in it. The shoulders were 5" too wide and the chest could have fit 50" in it. Even with his belly, there was a lot of space left over. The sleeves were too long for him, but were proportional to the rest of the shirt, hence my rating of 'true to length.' We'd like to exchange it, but the item is sold out.”
