Columbia Sportswear Rope Tow Rider Snow Suit - Insulated (For Infants)

This was exactly what I was searching for. Retail outlets seem to think that infants and toddlers need jackets with separate snow pants. I couldn't stand seeing my granddaughter with her jacket all bunched up around her ears and wind blowing up the back. My kids always had one-piece suits and after exhausting the locals stores I googled infant/toddler one piece snowsuits and it sent me sierratradingpost.com! I've used this site for myself, but never thought to look for kids items here. The clothes she is wearing are 18 month and the snowsuit in 18 month fit GREAT! I am considering ordering a 2 or 3 Toddler for her for next year.

I couldn't find a traditional one piece snowsuit in stores anywhere. I was forever frustrated by seeing our granddaughter looking cold with her jacket riding up to her ears and wind whipping underneath. I ordered this and have been thrilled. One unexpected feature that helps is that the zipper opens completely--so even if she is sleeping it is possible to get it on without much struggle. She is only a year, but is wearing 18 mo clothes and this 18 mo suit fits just right. I am so pleased with this suit, I will probably buy one in a 2T or 3T for next winter.

I just bought this for my nephew. We are going skiing and needed something warm for him to play in the snow. I still do not know if it will work but at least it seems like it.
