    I ordered the 3X and it fits perfectly! The vest is well made and of quality materials. It was warm enough for some light hiking and/or walking the dog with a long sleeve shirt underneath (40 degree weather). It will also make a good layering piece when the weather gets into the 30's and lower this winter. The color red is also a rich color - a real red, not "orangey" at all.

    After searching through nearly every vest on the site, this is one I chose because it fits great, allows for full range of movement, keeps me warm especially if I layer it. We're guides and outfitters so this vest really stands up to weather, stains, environmental hazards ( Roe cure, blood, hooks, grease)I ordered it really large so that I could layer 2-3 shirts underneath, as it's difficult to guide in a jacket or coat all day.
