Columbia Sportswear Sapphire Sky Vest - Fleece (For Women)

I was happily surprised with the vest. Everthing about it surpassed my expectations!

This vest is well made and attractive. A great buy for the price.

fleece is so SOFT. construction- seams, zippers, etc- very solid.

This is great under jackets in the winter and on it's own in spring and fall.

Pretty color, but reeeallly tiny. Looks like it was for a child.

Fabulous Vest. Color is great! It is really roomy! I had to buy the next size up from normal because that was all available. I believe it is true to size.

This vest provides a nice layer for cool desert mornings and evenings. The beet color is very attractive.

I love Columbia, and have loads of their clothing, but saw instantly why this is a dud. Whilte the vest fits well through the shoulders and chest, it is so short it barely covers the top of my jeans and so misses keeping half of my torso warm. If you want something snug to layer under other peices, this will work, otherwise, it doesn't help much. This is also made from lighter wieght fleece than my other Columbia products. Not a horrible thing, but I was surprised.

Beautiful, rich color (beet red). The inside lining of the collar is black...nice touch. I have worn it with jeans and also dressier pants. Very nice either way.
