Reviewed by BJ from California on Monday, November 4, 2013Unlike what some reviewers said, I found the sizing correct for these pants. I ordered one size 10 which is a bit big and one size 8 which is a bit tight, but comfortable. That's exactly where I am -- between an 8 and a 10 at 142 pounds and 5' 5" tall -- and it's good to have this choice of fit between the two pair I got. There is not a lot of stretch in these pants, but they are a nice summer length -- a bit shorter than some cropped/capri pants, which I like. I also like the many pockets. They are lightweight and very packable for travel. The waist is at a good location -- just below my natural waste unlike many current pants which are much too low in the waist. I am pleased with the pants.
Reviewed by reviewathon from california on Wednesday, October 2, 2013I saw online that the pants ran small so I ordered up from a 6 to a 10. Big mistake. The 10's felt like 10's and so I reordered and down sized. Sierra Trading was quick to resend and to credit the first pair of pants. The pants are quite light weight, yet feel loke a pair I have had for 10 years...that is a good thing.
Reviewed by Cindy from Nebraska on Thursday, July 25, 2013I ordered the larger size given the comments from other reviewers. I usually wear a size 12. The 14 was just huge! And made in Bangladesh--I will never order another piece of clothing made there because of the horrible working conditions and the tragedy of the fire in a factory there.
Reviewed by Tash from South Lake Tahoe on Thursday, May 2, 2013Good quality but they were much smaller than my other Columbia pants of the same size.
Reviewed by Boulder Mom from Colorado on Monday, April 15, 2013These ran super small. I am normally a 4 and sometimes a 6 and these in a size 6 would hardly go on. It wasn't a matter og going up one size. I might have needed to go up 4 sizes to get these on. My daughter who is a kids size 12 was able to fit into these. They were cute pants in a nice color if you could get them to fit.
