I just wore this shirt for two weeks straight on an extended backpacking trip to the Sierra Nevada. Excellent breathability, lightweight, easy to rinse in streams, dried out rapidly. Comfortable, and nice feel to the fabric. Before it got wrinkled from overuse it was also good looking and laid wel... Read More

I was waffling between the L and XL. In dress shirts I wear 16-1/2 neck. I went with the XL so it would fit loose. It does fit, but not loose. The L would be too small for me.

This shirt runs small to size. The XL fits more like an undersized Large. I can't even get the sleeve up to my arm pits. Might be a great shirt if it fit.

I purchased the size I normally wear for hiking and traveling, XXL, which is slightly larger than my actual shirt size because I like the extra room to move. The size chart says it should be 50-53" chest. It measured less than 47". Sleeves were very short. It was almost as if the shirt was sized wrong and was actually a L vs XXL. I sent it back and could not order a larger size since none were available.

The shirt seemed to be typical Columbia quality (excellent) so I gave it 2 starts for that, but unfortunately the size was way off so I never got to wear it.
