Verified Buyer Reviewed by Harvet6f from Langley, WA on Thursday, April 21, 2016I have a few of these easy to wash and wear shirts. They work well for outdoor activities, TRAVEL, and casual days at the office.
I like the colorful plaid pattern of this shirt. It is not burdened with superficial features and gimmicks. I like it's clean lines.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Fred from Colorado on Saturday, January 2, 2016Comfortable, breathable, stylish and sun protection these shirts have it all. I own 5 different colors of these shirts for hiking and would recommend them for everyone.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by G from upper great lakes on Sunday, October 18, 2015Wide comfort range (wear t or thermals under). Has flannel look but none of the issues of cotton. Wrinkle resistant, perfect for work.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by PhotoRick from Colorado on Friday, August 28, 2015I've got a bunch of Columbia Silver Ridge shirts. Years ago, the quality was top notch but now there is a noticeable decline in the quality. And the fit has changed as well. It's a shame Columbia feels the need to cheapen the Silver Ridge line. I returned it and will start buying North Face instead.
Answer 53% Poly, 43% supplex nylon
Answer This is a great looking shirt, though it fits a bit large (I ordered a small, am 5'7'' and it is still a little larger than I would prefer), but not so large that it makes a huge difference. Also, the fabric is definitely very lightweight, and see this as being a great moisture-wicking shirt for when I am on my thru-hike of the AT this summer. My biggest concern is the durability of such a lightweight shirt, especially at the cost of the shirt. I will gladly write another review in the fall when I return from the trail to let you know how it held up.
