    I purchased this shirt to replace a Columbia women's Tamiami sunshirt. Loved that shirt: light and filmy with a great UPF. Mainly use it for river trips. While this shirt is probably fine for around town and seems to fit nicely in terms of tailoring (hate those big boxy sun shirts), the fabric is too heavy to become a favorite. In my opinion, if you're looking for a long sleeved sun shirt, you're in a very hot climate and want a very light coverup to protect from sun exposure. This shirt is too heavy to fill that bill.
