Columbia Sportswear Snow Powder Parka - Waterproof (For Toddlers)

My daughter has worn this for 2 years- last year it was a little roomy, but this year it has been perfect. It washes reasonably well, and dries quickly. She never complains about being cold in it, wore it skiing, and in our abundant snowfall this year. Inside the jacket she stayed toasty dry. The hood leaves something to be desired- doesn't stay up, and the neck is too tight. Generally speaking, we're hat people and ski with helmets, so this isn't really that big of a deal- it usually sits at home :) Just enough room and coverage to stay warm, without drowning your child or being too bulky to move in. And the Kelly green color is awesome- I can spot my daughter a mile away.

I really wanted something waterproof and warm for my 2 year old daughter since our winters range between 20-40 degrees. Wouldn't be great for 20 below but it's perfect for us. The coats that aren't waterproof get saturated within minutes of the kids playing in the slush. This coat is warm, big enough to layer fleece under, and is waterproof...and she looks adorable in it. It has very soft material around the neck so it isn't scratchy on her little face.

This product recieves much wear in our fridgid temps.Assurred to keep my baby warm!

Good all purpose winter coat. Warm for weather from mid 40's up. Removable hood feature is nice. Easy to clean, reasonably durable fabric. This is NOT warm enough for snow conditions unless the air is warm.

This is a great jacket for the money. It is in many ways the perfect toddler coat. My only complaint is that it is definitely intended for girls. It has very feminine details. We were looking for somthing more gender neutral, so we sent it back.

This is a great coat. This is the second season my daughter has worn it in the winter and it still looks great. It keeps her dry and warm. Cleaning in the washing machine is easy and it has held up nicely. I have to find another in a bigger size as this will not fit her next year.

For a winter coat, this is poorly insulated. Kids will need layering underneath for adequate warmpth. Ironically, this makes the coat more versatile for warmer weather. The construction is very good as are the fit and appearance.

My three year old has a gift for getting clothes exceptionally dirty. With this material, I can just wipe off most dirt and not have to wash the coat every other day.
