Verified Buyer Reviewed by Cassie from Wisconsin on Sunday, December 16, 2012I needed some super warm windproof and waterproof mittens. To be completely honest, I havent put them to the outdoor test yet, but I wore them inside and I can tell they will work great for my needs which is showshoeing and shoveling snow in frigid and sometimes windy conditions. The added plus is the styling. I have the bright green color which is suoer cute with black accents! The only 'con' I noticed is that this mitten is lacking fabric 'cuffs' that hug the wrists.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by arctic granola cruncher from bush ak on Tuesday, October 30, 2012I purchased these mittens because of the neon green colour (I am terrible at loosing mittens) and so that I could wear them with wool liners to be extra super warm. I don't even need the liners as they are plenty warm on their own. I wore them hiking/sledding/belaying for ice climbers last weekend and they did just fine. I feel like if I would order them I would order even bigger, these are fine on their own but a little tight if you plan to wear with liners.
