    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I can compare these to the Sorel Chesterman and the Columbia Stoker wins. I've worn both and sent back the Sorels. The Sorels are a bit bulky and cumbersome. The Columbias are lighter and feel better inside. These are black and discrete. Very comfortable and warm for those early morning departures in winter. The insole is over a 1/2 inch thick and feels great. These are for those times you need your feet covered but don't have time or want to wear socks.
