Verified Buyer Reviewed by Outdoor football fan from Gig Harbor, Washington on Tuesday, November 11, 2014I've lived in the rainy Pacific Northwest my entire life and can't believe it took me this long (51 years) to find this jacket! It's super light-weight, yet very warm. Columbia's Omni-Heat, Omni Dry system keeps you warm and dry. When layered with a turtle neck or Columbia vest, it's absolutely the perfect combination--not too heavy or bulky feeling. Just right. I'm a 5'9", 220 pound female and the men's XL is perfect. I'm too broad in the shoulders for most women's jackets. And the sleeves on this jacket are the perfect length too. The Velcro closures on the wrists keep the sleeves up and the warmth in. Love the removable hood, arm pit vents, flap over the zipper and inside pocket for my iPhone and ear buds. Sorry to see Columbia's not making this jacket anymore. Buy it while you can. $149 is a bargain for this $400 jacket. Couldn't be happier about my purchase. I highly recommend this product and may buy another one myself.

Columbia Sportswear Timber Tech Omni-Heat® Omni-Dry® Jacket - Waterproof (For Men) -less than stellarReviewed by cruizeandbooze from North Carolina on Wednesday, January 29, 2014Zipper is difficult to operate.
The jacket transfers cold so you need several layers of clothing underneath it to stay warm.
The hood is hard to adjust so that it stays on your head during moderate to high winds.
Reviewed by Marvin from Shanghai on Thursday, December 19, 2013Great jacket, really warm. I use it as a commuter coat and it withstands the elements really well!
Reviewed by CL from New York on Tuesday, November 26, 2013States this jacket is "Zip-in Interchange System compatible"...maybe my fault, but thought it would come with the zip in lining. Compatible is the key word here. Should have said not included or sold separately. I guess I should have read it a little closer, but I have never seen them sold separately.
Other than than, it's a great outer shell.
Question & Answer
Seemed true to size for me. Make sure you buy a liner if you want to to warm, because this is just the outer shell
“I bought a jacket last month, now I find this jacket only a single shell not incluld liner! Is this jacket not include liner? I want buy a liner ware it with this shell but I can't find single liner in you website.”
I agree and was upset it didn't come with a liner. The good news is a lot of the companies that make these are interchangeable. You need to find any flece jacket with the larger teeth. I didn't trust the website, and went to Dick Sporting Goods. Got a really nice North Face that zipped in and fits perfectly.
Still think this jacket should have came with one. All the Columbia "system jackets" they had there had liners.
This is just a shell, not a 3 in 1 jacket. You can make it 3 in 1 by buying an insulated jacket that zips in, just look for the zip in interchange compatable ones. i.e. the shimmer me, zypher ridge.
