“Good jacket let down by long arms”

“I bought this jacket for general duties around the house, wearing over my work clothes when it is cold and other general duties. It is built well and is quite warm even when the temp is just below freezing. 2 things that let it down are the stupendously long arms (I have it rolled back about 6-8 inches to make it fit) and the gusseting on the shoulders that catches on everything I walk past (trees, door frames, lock strike plates). Other than those two issues it is a good jacket. I plan to have the sleeves tailored shorter to make it perfect.”
