“super cute but runs extrememly small”

“I was disappointed with this hoodie. The color and fabric are great - super soft and feels like a teddy bear. However, it seems to run very small for columbia jackets. I have several columbia items and most seem to be cut about the same (which I generally find to be a bit on the larger side). I am a size 12 top (usually a M or LG depending on the brand), and I ordered this in a LG so I could easily layer. Unfortunately it fits skin tight (!!!), couldn't even wear a small tank underneath, arms are too short and could barely zip it. Too bad - have to send back!”
