    OK shorts that were bought for workout-wear, solely based on their modest inseam length. I hate baggy NBA/surfer-long shorts on adults and particularly dislike the bulk for working out. These are shorter than most on the market, but I still miss the running short/volleyball shorts of yore that can go right from the gym to the pool and dry out fast thereafter. The waist-cinch string is meager at best and doesn't work well when wet.
