“I was disappointed that this hoodie was "Hand Wash only/lay flat to dry". I washed it one time on the 'hand wash' cycle in my washer and it's started to clump up. It also took a long time to air dry. This is a VERY furry sweatshirt and heavier than I thought it would be. It was also a bit too short for my 5'9" (size M). It is incredibly soft and a beautiful color, but overall a little disappointing.”
