We live in Seattle, land of many rains, and this keeps him dry and snug. It's sized loose enough to get a sweater or thick hoody underneath without bunching at the armpits, and the pockets with zippers are really useful. A great value.

Big enough to wear a fleece jacket under it for warmth, and a winter vest over it, and so far February in Massachusetts am comfortable at 25-50 degrees this way. Rain and snow seem to bead off it. Hood has an elastic draw cord. There is a chest pocket. Velcro cuffs. Like the bright color, it stands out against the snow. Price was great.

Question “Hey....I love the option that I can ask a question.|On this jacket....it appears a bright,neon type color in the front which I REALLY like. But on the hood and the BACK it looks like a dark "pea green." color What gives?|Which is the true color?|Thank you”

Answer The main image is the correct color(neon green), the back view and hood view are images of another color that we are now out of. They were images to just show the back and hood detail not the color, we originally had this jacket available in 9 different colors.
