I have worn them several times and down to zero temps, in snow and wind. They are waterproof and breathable, well insulated and have kept my feet warm with one pair of good wool socks. I had to go up one full size to get the width I need. Maybe because of that they are a little clumsy to walk in and on the heavy side.
