    Waterfowling in wet, windy and cold weather. Waterproofing works. Hood attachments (2 snaps) are too flimsy and actually come undone while moving about. They are very tough to resnap when you still have the jacket on.

    I own another columbia parka and am very happy with it. I do like the new shell, but the snaps on this parka shell SUCK. I bought one like it last year and while riding, somewhere the hood came off and was never found. Columbia said it could not be purchased by itself. Since I already had the liner I had to find another parka, but this time I am going to glue the snaps on so that the hood can't come off. I hunted everywhere for this parka and was very happy to find it at Sierra for a great price. Thank You for your service at Sierra.
