Reviewed by TammieD from Chicago on Friday, March 08, 2013The boot runs very large. I ordered a size 9, but returned it for a size 8.5 that fits well when worn with 2 pair of socks. The boots are very warm, there is a fur lining from the upper part of the ankle to the top of the calf! I was warm in my knee length knit dress (& trench coat), long johns, and these boots on a cold 25 degree day in Chicago. I would've preferred the black boots, but I am so happy that I settled for the brown ones!

They crease and put pressure on the backside of the ankle which will eventually leave a sore if you are not cautious. Once broken in they are fantastic. They truly are warm snow boots and I got a fantastic deal on them.
