    waterproof, deals well with wind (at least when i layered with long johns), comfortable. haven't had a chance to test the breathability in warmer weather yet. works great for skiing. wish it had one more pocket (it has two normal front pockets and a back pocket). colors are not the most attractive. great deal, though.

    I just bought these to go out to ski at Copper Mtn, CO and couldn't have been more satisfied. I tend to tear up my ski pants on the inside ankle area from doing bumps and trees. They have reinforced heavier material which definitely helps that. It was also below zero degrees and these pants were awesome with a base layer underneath. I highly recommend these pants and any Columbia gear.
