“This jacket FEELS great -- the inner lining is the softest you can imagine, and overall the jacket is beautifully made. My only issue is the zippers -- the outer zipper was very hard to zip and kept getting caught in fabric (I read another review that said it ripped her jacket, and I could definitely see that happening). I'll have to return it for that reason but it felt really, really great on.”
