I would not reccommend these they are very thin.

Very nice fabric, yet the color, black, did not work with my room.

I was worried that the color would turn out to be purplish because of the "wine discription, but they are a beautiful dark burgandy. They are weighted so they hang like real silk. Slightly translucent but not enough to allow sight or much light through just enough to show of the rich color. Great deal !

Honestly, I have great intentions, but am a bit of a procrastinator, so I haven't actually hung these curtains yet. Out of the package, they're GORGEOUS! they are rich and luxurious looking, and will definitely add some depth and warmth to my living room once I hang them. They do look like they will allow light in, but I have them over nice, white, faux-wood blinds, so those manage light and privacy issues. I just love the color! (Wine, I think?)

These draperies were a beautiful colour, true to description, and easy to hang. I have washed them once in warm water and they turned out lovely. The quality is quite good. The only concern I had was maybe they could have been lined, but no matter they were still nice quality. Will buy again.

Elegant and chic, these look and feel like real silk, the color is a soft chambray blue with a hint of smoke. I liked them so much I bought another set so I could bulk them up for a more luxurious, extravagant appearance. They are light weight, semi-opaque like real silk, not good for light blocking, but they lend an air of richness to the room and can be used for modern or traditional room styles.

These drapes are well made, but are very lighweight and transparent. Also, I thought the color I ordered would be more of an off white, but they were a medium taupe color which did not look right in my living room. I might have kept them if the color had worked. Sheets could easily be hung behind them to give them some weight and heft.

Beautiful fabric - like tafeta - but color was too intense for my style.
